I have been receiving bill statement and communications about products that I have not ordered.
Also, Scholastic and/or Grolier have charged my account with shiptment cost of products that have not delivered to me.
I have sent communications trying to resolve this problem, but they don't take in account my information, instead, they are still charging me for product I haven't received.
They are threatened me with reporting me to the credit bureaus for no paying products that I haven't requested, and I haven't received either.
