My sister and her friends went to kohl's, and they started walking around the store and trying cloth on. They were there about 2 hours but a friend of her has a baby. He took some merchandise and putted it in his pockets, but at that time his mom did not know what was going on. They paid what they bought and left but in the entrance a lady stopped them and asked them to go to the office so they went to her office and she said that the little child has property of her store and they planed to leave the store with out paying which is bull s#$%. Whatever my sister and their friends did not know that. The point is, the lady who stopped my sister and her friends said she was one of the owners, they did find a pair of jewelry in his hands, the jewelry cost $15 each the total was $30 for that amount her friend went to jail and now she has to pay a lawyer, but i understand that it has to be punished, but the point is my sister and her friend went to jail just because the lady at kohl's assumed that they were involved. They sent them to jail with out proof and they made a drama they said what they wanted to say for their own convenience and you know why? Because they are Latin people and they don't speak very well English so they show their power with people who can not defend themselves. And now my sister and her friends have to pay for something they did not do the other lady has to pay because her child did but why my sister? The lady at kohl's said that they are a bunch of thieves. As you know everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. So they lost like 4 customers because they said they are thieves. And they lost all members of my family as a customers. As well as all my friends! She forgot who were the people who founded this country. Kohl's only showed their ignorance and how stupid they are. And I do apologize for assuming everyone at kohl's is a racist but if the person in charged of the store is one, I guess the people she hired must be one too.
