I ordered a customized deck from this company, on the contract I signed was suppose to be 300 square ft of decking installed. What was installed was less than what I financed, The deck was completed 4/17/08 and already having warranty issues, the salesman visited my home and took pictures of the deck and the problem issues as well on 4/17/08. The installer visited my home on 5/3/08 to inspect the deck and also took measurements to confirm that the deck is not 300 square ft and the wood is not of good quality material. Much of the wood is splitting and the joints are coming apart. This company is a contractor for BJ's and this was the biggest mistake I made. BJ's is into the home remodeling business.in my opinion, don't make the same mistake I made. Check out references if possible. I filed a complaint with the BBB and with BJ's. Seeking legal advice on the matter as well.
