In March I ordered 2 videos (PS I Love You) from warnerbros.com to be shipped to my family. The Video was supposed to be shipped on 5/6/08, which was the release date.

Since March the charge for the Videos keeps posting and unposting to my account checking account. When I called customer service in April, they said that was because the order had been shipped (WTF?)

It is 5/8/08 - My videos have still not been delivered. I have called twice. They will not give me a tracking #. Last I spoke to Mary Jane ID#PDA. She told me that there WAS NO SUPERVISOR OR BOSS, I could speak with above her. They could not cancel the order (though I'd been told differently from a gentleman at customer service the day before).

The # she gave me to call to register a complaint was wrong (Warner Records Co.).

I've ordered the videos today from Walmart - I have a tracking # and they should be received by tomorrow... Argh!!!
