I ordered Sypware Doctor from PC Tools online last year. Today a charge showed up in my bank account for $24.95 that I was not aware of. This company Element5 handles billing for various companies, and PC Tools is one. When you order from PC Tools online they automatically bill you every year unless you CANCEL your subscription. Supposedly, an email came to me about the subscription renewal, but if it goes to my McAfee Spam Folder it's not read & its deleted. Element5 is refunding me my $24.95, since it has not actually posted to my account yet & is pending it will just fall off.
When you go under the website I found them under enter your email address & last 4 digits of your credit card you used & the company that you ordered from, the reference number, order date, etc. Will come up.
I reached Element5 @ 800-406-4966 they're hours are 8:00 A.M.-7:00 P.M. Cst. They're direct number is 952-646-5022.
