Upon checking my bank statement online yesterday I found a $1.00 charge from pay pal on my debit card and 3 charges of $29.36 by DRI-ELEMENT5.com also on it. I knew nothing of any of these charges. I immediately called pay pal and they told me that someone had opened an account with my debit card at 6:24 that morning. They were very nice about it and immediately cancelled it. I had to call my bank about the other 3 charges to DRI-ELEMENT5. My bank had to wait until the charges cleared. I had to get a new debit card and a new number. The bank is charging me for the new debit card and number and also for the 3 charges by DRI-ELEMENT5. I am on social security and they are taking money away from me that I need for my bills and groceries.
