This man is a sexual offender and a deadbeat dad. Allowed to leave the state to move SW, who knows where. He has a female companion named Alice. State attorney is unable to locate him since he has not reported new address as required.
His picture is still on the Illinois State Police sexual offender site.
There is a warrant out for his arrest.
