We purchased an English Bulldog from Mr. Pulecio in Sept. Of 2005. Everything went well. We kept in contact throughout the whole purchasing process. We were told a price, which included the puppy and his long flight to California. That part was ok. Our Jake arrived with the Vet. Inspection Certificate. We were also told we would recieve registration papers. Never got those. We called and tried to contact Mr. Pulecio through e-mail. He never returned of our attempts to contact him.
We love our Jake but he has had multiple problems. He's had two surgeries for cherry eye. We were told by our Veterinary the he had had prior surgery on one eye part of his cherry (that's all I know it as) removed. We were never told about this. He also has an unassending testicle. Our bulldog is a male of course but on the Vet. Certificate he is listed as a female.
We love our Jake and after everything is a healthy and fun ball of joy. All I want and need form this obvious Ripoff is the registration papers we were promised. It's sad reading other usacomplaints.com of the same individual and wondering how many other people he has done this to. Hopefully other people read this before it happens again.
