I was lied to about what I would make, Salary wise. I was told when I was hired by Art Doohan that I would make between $15.00 and $16.00 an hour. When I got my first commission check the total was $11.00 an hour.
This also happened to several other employees who either quit or went out on disability.
I questioned why I was lied to and Art had no answers, I then went to his boss Larry Matuzak and he had no answers. I then went to the owner Don Jarmuz and he pawned me off on another person. That was on September 30
On October 1 I was given a list of things I was not doing right, I was told by Larry M. That it was not a verbal or a written, just and FYI. Amazing I was doing quite well, however; they wrote things about me that I was never trained on and then threw it in my face... Nice people, I realized they were making a paper trail.
During this whole time I was working injured, I was in a car accident, but working thru the pain with no intention on going out on disability.
I belive I was fired becuase of my injury and prob
because I stood up for myself.
That Friday October 4 I was terminated.
Real nice company to work for...
Example: A co worker who quit made some mistakes on his orders, Art canceled the orders to put his name on them and to get credit for the sale and to RIP Off that co-worker on MONEY that was owed to him on commissions.
