Peoples credit fraudulent ripoff business

I got a letter in the mail saying i was approved for a credit card at $5000.00 but i needed to send a money order for an amount of $49.00. I did send my money order and shortly after wards i received my credit card and i got a catalog but you can only use the credit card with that catalog. So i decided to get online and order a few items from the catalog however every time i tried getting on their website it wouldn't work. I got curious and started looking online and found out i had been ripped off i certainly hope this person or persons know i intend to get too the bottom of this. I want my money returned to me and i want them stopped. Thank you
