I worked Amazing Pictures for 1 year and was one of the most hardest workers there. A dishonest, low class, ignorant, former co-worker of mine that was only with the company for three months lied to my former District manager about me attacking his girly self. Anyway I reported this co-worker twice because of his disrespect toward me. After the second time I complained about him he said he wanted to see me get fired. One day we were at work and there wasn't a manager on duty and it was just me and this other person.
Well he saught out the opportunity to set me up so he could also report me. First the chump harassed and antagonized me all day criticizing my work and I never said anything out of the way him so later on he was walking really close to me on purpose and my hand ended up bumping into him by accident. He used this against me for a means of vengence. My first former District manager was aware of this guys attitude but we ended getting a new district manager. The co worker lied to the new District manager and said I punched him in the arm. The District manager wrote me up and suspended on a he say she say basis even though I explained it was an accident and the guy was trying to get revenge on me and made the whole thing up.
When I came back to work after the suspension the District manager had a termination letter written with many false in it stating why they were letting me go. I was so upset because I never did any thing wrong and the other guy instigated the entire problem and was never punished and he should gotten the same punishment as myself.in conclusion after being told to leave the company I went to go Human Resources to dispute my termination. The company refused to let me in the office and when they did let me there was huge picture of my face on the door of human resources saying do not let this person in and I am so sure this is illegal to do. The HR manager was so insensitive and cowardly to come to my face when I asked the receptionist to speak with. She told one of the personnel to tell me that she would give me a call. The receptionist avoided telling me who the president of the company was and was given many lies by personnel. All I came to Human Resources for was to explain that everything was a misunderstanding in hopes that would sympathetic and allow me to keep my job but they could have cared less if I was out of employment or not and wouln't be able to pay my bills. The company wrongfully terminated me, lied to me, and treated me like I was some type of convict.
The company couldn't offer a solution for the problem and certainly don't believe in customer service classes or anything else that could have avoided that situation from occuring between me and that deceitful co worker in stead that took his word over mine because he was a male. All I wanted was the company to understand where I was coming from and for them to believe that I hadn't deserved the punishment given from them but they just didn't about me, my feelings, or my reputation. The company has even giving me bad references now that I have tried to find new employment and no one wants to hire me because of them bad mouthing me. This company is nothing but a bunch of money hungry, discriminating, unprofessional, insentitive people who don't care anything about there employees and are very misleading. One other tip for those who read this when I first started with the company they mislead me in to believing I would start out with 8.00 an hour commision and when I got my first check it said 6.00 an hour commision so that just goes to show how dishonest and unprofessional the company really is on top of how malicious they dealt with me in handling the situation with myself and the other co worker. I hope this information will be helpful to those who consider wanting to work for this company. They are a joke and I wouldn't recommend anyone going to a place like this. This company did me so wrong and that is why I have made a report with the Orlando office of Human Relations and am looking foward to suing them blind.
