Tony (Muhammed) Nimin DBA Superior Remodeling of Plano Texas was advertising home remodeling in the Dallas classifieds. We contacted him to quote for a full remodel & 480 sf addition to our house. He convinced us that he gives all the material at cost & only makes profit on his labour. He claims that he has great workers & get the work done quick & quality work.in the contract it stated 6-7 weeks to complete. We gave him 50% down & the work started. It took 3 weeks to paint three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths & a laundry, then it went down hill from there. He wanted to start on the addition & request an advance payment, so we gave him some more money to get more work done. Not a full week of work was made after three weeks, I heard every excuse under the sun from this guy. Work had to be done 2-3 times at my request, as we could see problems with their (Cheap Labour) workers. I purchased 6 new panel doors for them to paint & hang, I came home to find that they couldn't even close the doors and totally wrecked them. Now he has claimed that he has hurt his back and requires an operation & can't complete the work until he is back on his feet. I feel that this is just another lie as he has four unfinished jobs at the moment. I have been in touch with some of his unpaid workers & sub contractors, they tell me that he seems to do this all the time and get away with it. Some contactors on other jobs were not paid by Superior & had to be paid by the owners. He can't be contacted any more as he has disconected his phone service. This guy didn't even report the contract (Over $50,000) to the city) and didn't register as a contactor in the city of Dallas when starting the job. This guy is going to keep on stealing money from good people unless he is put behind bars, he needs to be jailed.
