Steven Allen Rials is now officially a convicted child molester. On January 16th of 2008 Steve finally admitted his perverted activities and has been sentenced and fined.
Please note that this man has not been held accountable by the victim's family, only by the state. The victim's mother and family continue to support this confessed molester. This indicates to me that he has no reason to reform, he's surrounded by people that have excused and/or dismissed the crime, INCLUDING the victim's mother though she is well aware of the truth.
He's in the perfect environment to be a repeat offender and he loves to volunteer in youth organizations, maybe in your FFA group, or in your church. Be on the lookout.
