Rips off customers as well as employers

First off i was an employer for Metro Maintenance. The company was poorly operated and scandelous. The man who hired went by the name of Tony.

When starting the job Tony told me that i would be washing windows, each house takes no more than one hour to complete, rain-x window solution would be provided, i would receive $20 for each completed job, pays weekly, and my houses would all be in the same area. This was not the case.

My first day of work i came in and asked for the rain-x, but was told "we are out at the moment." But on the invoices metro maintenance charges $10 for Rain-X. Rain-x that was never put on the windows. A scam.

So i bought my own cleaning supplies and set out to my assigned jobs for the day. First job was in plano, second in lewisville, third in arlington, fourth in keller...

Every house i cleaned for two weeks, roughly 45 houses, not a single one took one hour. Each house was 5000 sq ft. My days started around 8:00 AM and was lucky to finish by 8:00 PM. Tony assigns six houses per day, impossible to complete all six houses in one day especially if you have to do gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, and window washing at one house. And if you do not complete the given jobs for the day, they deduct the FULL amount the job costs (jobs ranged from $69-$139).

I worked for one week never got paid. I put in my notice at the end of the first week (due to wasting gas driving 45 min-1 hour to each house). I have to work for one more week since contract agreement. I worked for the second week and still never got paid.

I was told i would be paid on the third week on monday after 3 PM. I arrived at 3 and was told to come back at 5. I came back at 5 and received $13 for my first weeks work. Tony claims i did not complete Two jobs worth $218 total. I told tony that the first job had the wrong address on the invoice and could not find his house, even though i called the person whom i was supposed to wash windows, and the second person lived in a gated community and after calling the man several times leaving messages i was unable to get into the gate... Tony handed me $13 cash, i was told there was nothing i could do about the charge backs.

I have been waiting for my 2nd weeks paycheck for over 2 weeks now, and have repeatedly contacted TOny for my check, only to be avoided. I have tried their phone number several times today only to find it is unavailable. They owe me over $400, i can only imagine how much they owe in fraudulent charges with the customers.
