Scott Bosco (a/k/a Bosco's Remodeling) was hired to remodel a portion of my home, install new doors and windows, build a fence and garage. His workmanship was horrible - the fence has fallen down several times, the gates on the fence don't work, the caulking around the windows is subpar, a corner of the concrete pad has already cracked, and he won't show up to finish the job.
I keep calling and emailing him. He makes promises but never keeps them. He says his back is hurt, he can't find help, he cut his hand - he always has an excuse. The basement windows are half-done, the garage is half-done, the siding is half-done and the electrical work, which he subcontracted out, isn't done. He got paint on the new fence and in the yard. Large piece of concrete that he was supposed to haul away is still here.
He refuses to show up to finish. He says he got a permit but he won't provide me with it. He's rude and extremely overbearing. Likes to yell a lot. He tries to intimidate people. A real-fast talker.
Unfortunately, I paid him up front. So I am out a lot of money. He now won't return my calls. His wife covers for him. I will be taking him to small claims court - he left me no other choice. This project has been going on for 6 months. Enough is enough.
