I am living in the Tradewinds apartments aka Mesa Ridge I think my electricity is being used to clean the pool or the lighting in the hallway every month my bill is 300$ or more for a 3 bedroom apartment that no one is in all day. The onlt time we run our power is in the evening.
Our apartment is infested with roaches and ants. There is cracks in the walls leading inside and out. Our air conditioner has a leak and the freon also leaks from what the maintenece has said. The stove door recently fell on my one year old daughter, our fridge hasn't been fixed since we lived here despite numerous work order request.
Two of my neighbors are constantly smoking Marijuana outside. The pool is green and smells leading in to our apartment. Our kitchen cupboard is hanging ready to fall any day. When they did the safety inspection they took our fire extinguisher and never returned it. Every night children 6 and under are playing outside after 12 am.
We have mold under our tile in one bathroom and under the kitchen sink also where the water heater is located. There is no night manager or security. Our apartment has been broken in to once and our windows have been shot out twice. I am a section 8 tenant, my husband does work while I go to school full time and we have tried to move numerous times with out the complex allowing us to move out of our lease.
