On January 26 I received my Verizon bill in the amount of $88.60. Looking through my bill I came across my summary page of a provider called The Billing Resource for charges in the amount of $31.45 which I had no knowledge of whatsoever. On the first line of my summary page they have Pay Per Call Services in the amount of $29.95 and on the second line a New York Entertainment Tax for $1.50 which totals $31.45 and that the bill was on Behalf of Monkry Productions which I never heard of. Also, listed was a phone number supposedly placed from my home phone on 12/16, time 9:31 am from New York to 212-550-1919 during the day, called lasted 2 minutes for the amount of 29.95. I did some internet research and I came across your website which I read from other people how this company is ripping others. I am very irate about this situation. I sent an email to Billing Resources which I feel I won't get a response. I am also going to call Verizon regarding this matter. I on the other hand will not pay for charges that I am not aware of. I feel that this company is nothing but a big ripoff and fraudulent. I need help in resolving this problem with Billing Resource.
