Bogus charges on my Verizon phone bill

When I received my Verizon phone bill, I noticed there was a $9.95 charge for a 'My TeleBill' service fee. When I called Verizon to inquire what this was, They didn't seem to know anything but they connected me to the phone number of The Billing Resource. I called but was told to leave a message, which I did but they never returned my call. I then went online and Googled the name TeleBill which took me to their webpage where I emailed them through their Contact us... But shortly received a bounced email with 'unknown' and that was the tipoff that something was wrong. I then called Verizon and asked them to send this company the bill and that I rejected the charges. I also asked them to add cramming and slamming protection on my phone bill to further protect me... Which is what everyone should do. I them emailed a form of complaint to the Attorney General, the FCC and the Better Business Bureau. I was so angry because I had been paying my phone bill for three months before I really looked at the bill thouroughly and found these charges. I mean how many people actually look at their bills and this is what this company is banking on... And becoming millionaires...
