Pay-Per-Call Scam through Verizon and The Billing Resource & Integretel. Charged my phone bill for a pay per call $29.95 plus 1.50 for Entertainment Tax (?) I called The Billing Resource (they are farmed out by Verizon to supposedly do billing, their office was in the Carribean, The whole thing stinks of fraud between all these companies, including Verizon, the biggest scum of all.
