Ilo HDTV Stopped Responding to Remote and Controls

I have the ilo 26" LCD, no response from the remote or TV controls, it will turn on and off. Purchased from Wal-Mart, used VERY LITTLE. Walmart should not carry products from this vendor, this is the worst electronic purchase I have ever made, $500 rip off.
