I purchased an ILO 26' LCD tv from wal-mart. I payed almost $800 for it and charged it on the wal-mart card. I had it for about 4 months when I noticed the remote control and the buttons on the tv weren't working. I could turn the tv on and off but that was about it. I called the company because wal-mart couldn't help me since it was passed 90 days, and I just kept getting an automated voice telling me to hold and after 15 minutes it sent me automatically to voice mail. I left numerous messages and no response. After a year I finally got in touch with someone and they told me I have to send the tv and pay for shiipping and they will charge me $150 to fix and I have to pay for the return. I finished paying for the tv but it still doesn't work. I'm afraid to send it off to get fixed because I don't want to get ripped off any more.
