Ordered golf magazine, and paid $88 total on 6/7/07.13 weeks for delivery, have received nothing

I was approached by a young man by the name of Norman Roberts, to purchase a magazine so he could win a trip to Cancun. Ordered a golf magazine for my husband in the amount of $88, after thirteen weeks, he was to receive said magazine. As to this date, we have received nothing, and have gotten no where contacting this agency.

This young man has not been seen since. Therefore I feel this is a scam and a rip off.

I was approached on June 7. The check has been cashed for $58 and I gave him $13 in cash to cover process and handling, which I also have a receipt for.
