So I get off the phone after getting a top of the line cruise from RPR. I kind of had a sick feeling, the kind you get after you fall flat on your face and everyone around you is laughing. I started to look this company up and saw all the complaints on this website. I started the first of the week getting my money back. It wasn't all that bad as some people have had (they told me my purchase has been cancelled and I should have a refund soon, but I'll believe it when I see it.) The real qualm I have right now, is 5 days after my purchasing the cruise, the day I started a rebuttal with the company, Pizza purchases from Ft. Lauderdale started showing up. These were the purchases - as I was told - that you need the security code on the back of your card because it was called in! I don't know if I am the only one that has had this problem with the company, and I don't even know for sure it is connected with them. This cruise is the only thing I have purchased even close to Florida. One pizza shop has a picture of some girls picking up the pizzas ordered on my card, but I'm not sure. I called RPR and started to ask them about a fraudulent purchase on my card at pizza places there in Florida and we got 'disconnected'. I think she hung up on me. Anyway, there is my little bit of nightmare with this company. I want to bring justice to whoever has stolen my card information I have my physical card still, but I don't even know where to start. I have cancelled everything with the bank, that's all taken care of. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else by the same people it's kind of an eerie feeling.
