I thought I was getting a terrific vacation cruise, and when I went online to look at the cruise line, I saw the complaint site.

After checking out the cruise, I decided to check out complaint, and I was appalled at the number and type of complaints, so I decided to cancel my transaction with the cruise line.

Well, that was unbelievable. I was told that I would only get back half of my money. This was only a few hours after the original transaction.

What kind of a company is this?

Their business practices are terrible.

I have begun to rectify this situation by reporting them to the Florida BBB and my local BBB. I am going to report them to the State Attorney General's Office as well.

I also called my credit card company to have them file a dispute.

What a hassle this has been.

Do yourself a favor, find a reputable company that you call; not one that calls you.

Shame on you Ramada Plaza Resorts and Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines. Had you been reputable and refunded my money, I woulldn't be filing this report.
