Majestic Cruise Lines, Ramada Resorts stoled money off credit card then changed their name and did it again it was unauthorized

I was offered a good deal on a cruise that said I had one year to travel and had up to the week of travel to cancel for a full refund. Well i cancelled the next day and they said ok. They took money off my credit card and when i called my credit card company they told me to contact the merchant first, so i did and they apologized and said they would correct it.

The next month the same charges were on my account only they used anothe name (ramada resorts) so i contacted them again and they said they were sorry it was an error on their part and would correct it, again it showed up on my credit card this time i called the credit card company and it was to late to get my money back. This is bullcrap. What can you do? I never got no information in the mail for the cruise like they said. The number to the merchant is valid however there are approx. 21 companies working out of the same office or warehouse where ever it is it should be shut-down.
