This company stole my credit card information and is using it to charge me for a product I never asked for and (at times) never received.
They claim I asked for it as a free optional add-on to a service I did order online.
I know this is not true.
I know this because my Billing address is registered at my parents home. My shipping address, my home, however, is on the other side of the country. They sent their product to my billing address while the actual item I ordered went to my shipping address. If, as they claim, I included their product with the one I ordered - at the same time and on the same order form - how is it that the item I ordered went to the correct address while their went to another state 2,000 miles away?
It's because all they did was steal my billing information, allowing them to charge unauthorized charges and then mail their bullshit product to my billing information so they can claim I ordered it.
I beg you, please do something about this company. I am looking into my own lawyer. I have been forced to deal with this company for only the past month and it's driving me to do whatever I can in order to make sure they go down in flames.
