Www.Agdirect.com lets individuals list horses for sale for a fee, and claim to be "the best place to buy and sell horses".
Agdirect has been notified by several individuals that there is an unethical, unscrupulous individual that is misrepresenting the horses that he is selling. These horses have all been respresented by the sellers as "bombproof, bomb proof, kid safe, anyone can ride, healthy, sound", etc. However, numerous horses have not been at all as advertised. They have either dangerously bucked, reared, gone over backwards with riders (children) aboard, or had extensive health issues. Agdirect has been notified repeatedly about the seller, yet they continue to let this person advertise more horses. We fear that someone will be seriously injured or killed. We notified Dreamhorse.com of the same individual and THEY immediately suspended/removed the individuals account without question. This leads us to believe that Dreamhorse is concerned about the intergrity of the sellers listing horses for sale on their website, while Agdirect's failure to act, leads us to believe that they are only concerned about making money from sellers (unscrupulous or not). We hope that anyone looking online for horses would choose to search a website that has an interest in the safety of the potential buyer. We suggest that you use extreme caution when purchasing from any sellers on this site.
