The company has billed my cc 4 times with out my knowledge also even when numbers did hit I was never given any money New York internet

I am writing to you to inform you of this internet company, who has in the past 2 monthe charged my cc 4 times, to play this lotto. When I receive e-mails from them with winning numbers that were pick for that night I then receive email stating the numbers that I supposely chose. These numbers would show that I had won but never received any monies for this, please advise other people of this, because it is a scam. I am on a fixed income and can't afford to have this happen to me. I have already changed my account with the bank and still this is happening.
