When I signed with the NHP they only confirmed that if the all the systems are in running condition, which they were. So I signed a 3 yr contract, where they had an offer of $150 of Home Depot Cards. After 3 months my AC unit went off and they sent their technician to advise me and them that we need to replace the unit. And guess what, they refused. They asked then for all the maintenance papers, which I submitted. They sent another contractor for a second opinion. And he agreed with the first one on replacing the unit. Two months now and they refuse even to pick up their phone. They are a bunch of thieves who cant keep their contracts and their only nice voices are those who sign a contract with you. Dont ever recommend them to anyone
