I receive a disk in mail, I call them right up and told them not to ship disk or bill me I receive a customer support number which i have and still they bill me. They use a different telephone number to bill than the one that I call to cancel this product. I am going to turn them in. To state and bank.in order that they do not bill me again. I want my money back from them now.
