ILD Telecommunications is Accomplice to Fraud
In January of I receive my telephone bill from AT&T. The bill had an unauthorized charge or $16.00 from a company named ILD Telecommunications.
I contacted AT&T to complain about the charge and they told me to call an 800 number for ILD Telecommunications. I called them and they tried to sell me a voice mail service that duplicates my AT&T Call Notes. I told them that I wanted the charges removed from the bill and they said they would do so after 60 days. As of this time, I have not seen any credit.
I believe both AT&T and ILD Telecommunications are both accomplices to fraud by allowing unknown and untraceable parties to add unauthorized charges to utility bills.
The FCC and Texas PUC should take legal action against all three parties involved in this scam.
