I have sent 3 e-mails to you. I bought a product 3 months ago and it broke 3 weeks later. I should at least get a credit for the product.
Who buys a product from anywhere and it lasts a month? Who sends 3 e-mails with no response whatsoever? That is just bad business practice.
Every person that I know will never be ordering from your website again. I deserve a credit and a response from my e-mails. A response would be nice, some kind of recognition that you care about your clients. TOO LATE!!! I want my money back and acknowledgment of your poor business practices.
