On May 10th I placed my order at which time my card was charged $83.00. The dr declined my order on May 11th. I have sent several e-mails for a refund for a product I never received or at least have a credit to my account when my order could be placed and shipped. I have sent several e-mails without a single response. This company stole my money without shipping a product and I need your help for I do not have money I can just give away. I have saved all documentation, including the e-mails I have sent and I do not know where to go from here. Can you please help?
