Took money out of my account & did not deliver merchandise when paid

I was purchasing a computer from an ad in the t.V. The money was withdrawn from my checking account they offered a dell laptop-computer with $ 600 softwar, cds etc..

The amount of withdrawl was 2000.00 but when i tried there number it did not work it worked while i was payng but after the pay-off they have no way of communication. Then the web is under construction so i have been unable to speak to anyone after my last withdrawl.

The reason i ordered the product cause it was adv. On t. V so i thought of it ok.
