Hello I am a consumer that has been victumized by the company named in this report Leanlookrx. I ordered a sample product online and when I received the product I found that I could not use it due to a shellfish warning. I called the number that was on the sight and sent many e-mails. The voice box was full and I never received a response to the e-mails. I thought that once I sent the e-mails that the matter was settled. The following month (May) I got charged for a months supply. I returned the product and disputed the charge with my bank. Then in June they did it again. I sent 3 more e-mails and tried the number again.
Novapointe says that they do not represent leanlook they just mail out the product but I sent the product back to them. So I feel that if you were in contact with this comapany to get their business and be their delivery source then you can make them aware that a customer returned a product so that they can stop the charges. Now I had to cancle my card and my account was all messed up. Because of these fradulent charges Other charges that came into my account caused overdrawn fees. Do not deal with this company because they lie when they say that you can cancel within 10-14 days and not be charged. I canceld the day I received the product and I was still being charged 2 monthes later.
