For a few years now, I have been doing online surveys, and they pay through PayPal. When I tried to get my money from PayPal, they said I needed to give them a credit or debit card. I refused to do that and asked to speak to a manager, who told me that in order to get my money I had to send them a copy of a photo ID and a bill with my address on it.
I faxed all the information they asked for on October 15th and have not heard a word from them, even after calling twice and being disconnected and emailing at least three times to get my money. What is going on? I thought that now that eBay owns PayPal it might be easier, but obviously it is not. I hope you can help me.
