!!! Attention!!! Current verizon small business customers in the states of fl, ny, ma, mi, me, il, nc, oh, dc, wi, venicom a sales partner of verizon has a call center located in deerfield beach, fl which has been scamming small business customer's of verizon with services called verizon's custo pak, centrex, & centranet their employees with the knowledge of their channel manager doug kerl who runs the call center are illegaly use verizon's one source system to obtain information on verizon's current customer's without their permission. They are going into their account's and lieing about contract expiration dates, they are also misleading customer's with dollar amount quotes on how much their serivce is costing per business line in order to sign them up at a higher priced package. Also when asked by the customer are you an empolyee of verizon or do you work for verizon the employees have been told to say" we are 100% verizon" thus being dishonest about who they truly are. Please if you are a current small business verizon customer and your bill has been illegaly raised by verizon through venicom contact verizon direct or your local state attorney office it will shock you the number of businesses venicom has scam. A class action law suit will be in the works join me. (being scam isn't funny especially when it's your business money.) look at your bill what are you being charged now as compared to before?
