Ok for those of you who have tried the FREE trial of Tri-Clear... If you are unhappy - with a: performance of product, b: charges that you did not expect c: company policies (such as: refusal to refund moneys, transfer to someone who can speak English, or a supervisor or response to any complaints).
Let me tell you what I did, first off I went to the company - (I had to get their # from my bank) then I tried to talk to their Service Rep. She refused to transfer me to someone whom I could understand or transfer me to a supervisor (as they don't transfer calls - neither do they give refunds outside of the 14 day trial period). Then I searched the company and put a complaint on a website I found (too late) and placed an online complaint with the BBB of Oakland CA (probably something like: bbbemail.org).
Then I went to my bank and spoke with the claims department for future charges (for those of you who don't know email orders online will continue - they are different than checking charges -this in itself should throw a red flag up - you can stop a checking account charge but not a debit/credit card charge!
Wonder if thats why Tri-clear doesn't take anything but creditcard-debitcard payments?)
I got a response from TriClear then... I got my 69.95 refunded within a week (more like 2 days!)!!
I guess we all know why? Right? Because someone actually filed a complaint against them... They would rather cough back up YOUR money than to have complaints filed against them.
So... Start filing those complaints - see if you can get your money back!
Good luck!!
