I purchased a sword on Monday 01 October I finnaly received it on Thursday 25 October
First couple of weeks there was no updates on the status of my item I purchased. After numerous emails and phonecalls i gave up. A week later I tried calling the company that handles their paypal services. The company imediatley responds appologizing for the lack of updates. This email was received on the Mon 22 October. Twenty two days later. There email was more of a formal appology and offered free shipping on my next purchase.
I think not.
Saying it was a erroir on there part.
The next day they ordered my supoosive item from another warehouse. Finnaly I received an email on a tracking number via email Wed 10/24/07. The sword arrived on Thu 10/25/07. Apon opening the package I was shocked to see that the item that was in the delivery box not what I purchased.
I imediately emailed their support. They dont awnser phonecalls or return messages. Thus this was the only way I was able to keep in contact.
After explaining in the email and sending pictures of the item that I received they explained that it was what I purchased. (Clearly Not) There website contains the item picture displayed next to what i purchased. The item I received is nowhere located on there website not even anything close to it.
After asking for a return and a refund they plainly said no. I refuse to pay for something I didnt purchase nor do I wanna keep this item. This is missrepresentation. The items in comparion are nowhere near a match and they basically called me a liar.
It was plainly false advertisement. They refused to pay for the shipping and a return saying it was an error on my part. Yet the item is clearly not in their website inventory. I want my money back and I refuse to take this Item I clearly do not want.
After waiting this long I deserve to be treated fairly.in this occasion they dont seem to think so. There customer support is non existent. They dont return calls.in this case the customer is always wrong. And failed to deliver what they promised on their website. This is illegal and unjustified and unfair.
And as a procaution I saved all the documents from their site proving they are wrong. Plus all emails.
These people are frauds and do not care about nobody but themselves.
This business needs to be shutdown for consumers sake. They do not provide the items you purchase.
This is missrepresentation. They are fake save your money save your time.
They deserve to be taken down!!!
