I have been in business for years and have never encountered such a consumer as this. Charles r. Machado signed a legal and binding agreement with my company on february 20 to obtain 40 vending machine locations. Charles "chuck" in the beginning was a very nice man and i personally felt that he would be a good match to work with. I was dead wrong!!! This client is an absolute nightmare! I sent a salesman out to work with him on february 16 because i felt i could trust this client. Client sent me $800.00 to enter into a contract. Client wanted a discount, so i gave it to him and sent him a check back for $200.00 you will not believe the events that followed... My salesman obtained 40 locations and client was supposed to go back and look at the locations before paying my salesman, sort of like test driving a car before buying it. Client only did half of them, but still paid for all. Client went back to the locations and mysteriosly started having problems with his locations, by the way i found out he really bought 55 machines&hmmmmmm claims that 15 locations are bogus. Started calling my office and screaming, talk about dr. Jekyll and mr hyde, lol!!! I couldn't believe it!!! He then started calling the manufacturer of the company he bought the machines from demanding 15 new locations from my company and so i obliged!!! Unbelievable!!! Client refuses to answer my salesman phone calls so i had to fedex the client his new locations which cost me $30.00 the new locations cost me $450.00 a total of $480.00 so let's recap he gave me $600.00 and i gave him $480.00 back. Leaves a balance of $120.00 wow i made a great profit!!! But wait, it gets better!!! Client has a warranty with my company that if his machines do not produce $2.50 a day, then we will get client new locations. Client is supposed to send me a report on how his machines are doing and in 90 days we will get free locations for client. It is a good warranty! Client sent me reports one month late every month, so for example, he sent me may report in june. Client never attempts to access warranty and sues me for something like $6,000.00 i am not kidding, really i am not. This guy is now suing me for $6,000.00 i am beside myself. Hold on there is more&he is now trying to sell his machines with the locations to someone else. He calls my company fraudulent and a scam, the only person scamming, is him! I wonder how many times he has done this??? It sounds pretty strange!!! This has been an absolute nightmare, he is posting slanderous material all over the web about me and my company. This client has attempted to track me down and enter my gated community where i live. The lies he is spreading is upsetting and disturbing to say the least. I do not believe he even works anymore he just makes phone calls and takes pictures of my mailbox and tries to destroy my company as much as he can. When i win the lawsuit it scares me of what he might do!!! I need help, if there is anyone out there that has any advice, i am all ears. I have 2 small children at home as well as my older parents, not to mention that i am pregnant. The doctor tells me that the stress i am under will probably cause me to lose the baby, i have before. I am already having pains and cramps throughout my stomach, my husband is distraught and sooooo upset. I am so upset because i always try and do the best that i can. I felt that i had done the best for this client and he is just an unstable man in my eyes. Anyone that can help is appreciated! Concerned, jen xxx-xxx-xxxx
