TVA entered into a contraft to provide video production servies for a product dvd plus to provide all b roll to client. On completion of projec and after taking $26,000 they are trying to demand fees for delays not of clients making but rather their own. Even though client is willing to pay final 13k as per contact they are demanding apprx 30k for the b roll which was promised as part of the original services. This is an attempt to hold client ransom after huges costs of setting up locations and testimonial interviews incurred by client.
