Took my money and never sent my merchandise Riverside

This is what they wrote, however, I never happened to receive my merchandise, my money of course is gone from the first day:

Hi there!
Unfortunately the post office can take longer than their estimated times to deliver items. They require 30 days to deliver an item before they will consider the possibility that it was lost. We did ship it the same day that you ordered it, and it's a shame that the post office is taking so long to deliver it as it hurts our reputation as a seller when they lag like this.

If after 30 days the items still haven't arrived, please email us again and we'll get a replacement shipment out to you immediately. The majority of people receive their packages before the 30 days is up, and hopefully you will as well.
