Fraudently took 54.95 out of checking account and act like it authorize them by doing a 9999 check to seem like it was an preauthorized debit on my account ripoff

I called to check on the balance of my checking account to hear that a check number 9999 had been taken out of my account, so I called my bank and talked to a customer relations person and they said it was from a company called ever private and gave me a number to call. Upon calling this number they give you a web site that will give you a refund and an email would be sent, (which I never received) with cofirmation.

Then trying to re-enter the website for a second time I only got rip off reports of the company and other peoples testimony regarding this same company. I'm still in the process of putting in an affidavit with my bank along with the necessary information about this company to assure they seem these people for the frauds that they are.
