EverPrivateCardService unauthorized check #9999 electronic debit from checking account ripoff

Upon checking my online banking account I noticed a check, #9999 for $54.95, was paid from my checking account. When I pulled up the image of the check it was paid to a company named EverPrivateCardService which I have never heard of.

I called tollfree # that is automated and received no useable information. I tried email contact, everprivatecardservicecontact.com, to no avail. The withdrawel from my account has caused several overdrafts at $35.00 each. As I am unemployed; this has caused an unbearable hardship on me.

I do not know how this site got my information. If I were going to order something online I would have used my debit card number not my checking account information.
