Wisconsin has Stalinists as judges. Kessler, Fine and the other idiot would not know what a case of manifest of justice is if it kicked them in the face. Go back to law school. Better then that resign. State vs. Escalona is voodoo law and denying the innocent due process of the law. You can also include the idiots on the Wisconsin Supreme Nazi Court. Another group of Nazi good ole boys looking out for their political buddies and ignoring public policy.

You can also include Michael Brennan and the senile Victor Manion. These two dinosaurs should have been kicked off the bench for practicing voodoo law by denying the innocent Due Process of the Law.
