This is about Milwaukee County's District Attorney's Office and a Deputy District Attorney Named David Feiss.
Quite some time ago a relative was falsely accused of fraud. They so called victim in reality is a Mobster and liar.
David Feiss and the so called lieing victim railroaded this person. She was threaten and harassed on numerous occasions by the victim.in yet The court had to protect the fat boys (victims).
David Feiss lied in court concerning the Facts in evidence. He also lied about the having more then one witness. That was a lie. Now Judge Manian, (another Nazi Facist). Was a good ole boy from the Brier days. I believe he went to law school at Hiltler School of Law.
We have the evidence to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this person is innocent.
A fact that David Feiss received Campaign Contribution from Michael Brennan.in yet no so called law was broken!!!
I bestow the Title On David Feiss of being a Nazi Facist. Further, Judge Manian gets the title idiot of the year.
As for Judge Brennan. He gets the title " Aldolf Hitler Jr. Now Brennan would not know the law if it kicked him in the head.
Terms like "Due Process of the Law" "The right to enter a plea knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily does not exist in his vocabulary. Or better yet, when newly Discovered evidence is so compeling and real controversy was never tried. Lets not forget the court mandated duty to advise the defendant that courts are not bound by plea agreement
Or better yet, Judge Brennan makes up his own law. Contrary, To Wisconsin v. Bangert or Wisconsin v. Hicks.

Nothing but, Propaganda and lies by a government agency licensed to victimize the innocent and extort money. Justice means that the innocent should not be caught up by system that assumes the accused is guilty.
Its funny, how once the "Good Ole Boys" were taken out of the picture and Judge Dimotto was not in the network of "Good Ole Boys" The third charge was dismissed. Mr. Feiss even had to consult his private investigator when cross-examining the defendant. She prevailed and the jury, laughed Feiss out of court by not reaching a unanimous decision.
In closing, The State of Wisconsin won the battle. She will win the war of proving her innocences. If Fleabag (Feiss) reads this. I have a couple of legal surprises for you. I have a private investigator who has investigated this case off and on for 5 years. I term him the Sherlock Holmes of the "P.I. Field in Wisconsin.
