Blue Haven has a "guarantee" of completing pool 35 days after excavation even recently they advertise 21 days after excavation weather permitting.
It has been 3 months since we signed the contract. Still no pool. They never return calls, when we call we are told "it's not my job."
The manager never return calls. Construction department is very poorly managed.
After the contract is signed the salesman is totally history.
I will never recommend Blue Haven and will start arbritation today.
We have had numerous problems throughout the entire construction process. This was worse than building our home, and is taking longer. We are tired of the excuses, mis-management, and lies.
