Successful Scam - Possible Scam - An Attempted Scam

First Attempt = Success
Ok heres what happened to me... Around Jan. 07 I got a call from a company name Medprovisions "mid-eastern/indo accent" saying they would like to offer me a free 30 days trial Healthcare and that I won't be charge until AFTER 30 days once I've received my package thru mail. So I decided to go with the offer.

At first the call wasn't meant for me but for my sister "lucky for her" and they ended up pushing the offer to me and kept saying that they already have my bank and personal information and just wanted to verify whether or not the information was correct. So as naive as I was since it was my first scam experience, I confirmed my Name, Address, Check Routing #, Bank Name, Date of Birth, and maybe my Social #. All this was being recorded by them of course.

They then promised that my package will arrive within 15-20 days. Well that promised didn't come true so I had to call them. Later on they finally sent a package to me by April 12 which I sent it back hoping for a refund since I didn't get to try it out. Let me remind you that 30 days had already gone by before I received my package. Well I never got my refund like they promised and I still have photo copies of the tracking # and return address from the package to keep as record.

Second Attempt = Possible Attempt
During March 1 before I received my package. A company by the name of "if I recall" Banksafe called me at 9:15AM. The guy's name was Hurn Foyce "mid-eastern/indo accent" called saying that he is here to offer me help from Fraudulent Charges made on my Bank Account. He claims that their company has lawyers/specialist available to help me if I believe that there were fraudulent activities within my account. They also said that they could get my money back thru filing some forms that they say they would be sending if I agreed to accept their help.

In the middle of the long conversation they suddenly wanted to verify my Bank and Personal Information "which they claim to already have". I was hesitant at first since the lines seem somewhat familiar and it was being recorded. I gave some half a*s recording to them with some of my personal info. Then they said that a $200 service charge will be made to my account to get my $389 credited back to me. Well I OK'd it and that was the end of the call.

Weeks have gone by and I still didn't get the forms promised to me by mail. But I got my package "from Medprovisions" on April 12 instead "which I mailed it back on the same day or next day after getting it". The Banksafe agent Hurn Foyce called again for my information once again, for what reason I wasn't sure but I later told him "during the 2nd recording" that I don't want the service anymore and to not charge me for the service fee of $200. I also told him that I've already received my package from Medprovisions and that I have just mailed it back for the supposed refund. He then stated that if I don't file the claim with them, I will have to wait 60 days before the supposed refund "$389" will be credited back to my bank account. With an "I don't care" response, I told him..."Yea I know". And that was the end of the call.

Not long after "maybe a few days to a week", an agent from Banksafe called again "this time he had well spoken English" was calling to verified my Bank and Personal information in regards to my case. I told him that I don't need the service and that I'm already waiting for my refund from Medprovisions "which never came". He then stated that I have already paid the $200 membership fee and that its was good for a year. I then took a moment to check my online statement to verify whether or not his claim was true or not "not true". Then I told him, "well please cancel it. I don't want it." and that was the last I heard from Banksafe.

Latest Attempt = Attempt
On July 30 the same day that I am writing this post now. A female agent from National Benefits "once again mid eastern/indo accent" called claiming that they have just intercepted a fraudulent charge of $399 taken from my credit card/bank account. They said that they needed to verify my Bank and Personal information with theirs' to help get my money back. Of course this time I wasn't really surprised with this call. I told them to call me back in a few minutes, because I've misplaced my check book which had the routing # they needed. With this amount of time I went to check on my online statement to see whether or not this was true. I've also made a call to my bank and had them check to see if they see anything on their side that I don't.in the end, it turns out to be false. I then waited for the female agent from National Benefits to call me back and I guess my response startled her. I asked her once again what company they are calling from and what was the reason for the call again. She stuttered a bit with some unclear response. I told her I didn't receive any charges made to my account and she later claimed that maybe their info was wrong.By the way, I traced the caller but this time it was marked Privated.

PS. Proofs that these people still have my information. What I like to know is what information do they need from me over the phone again and again to make these fraudulent charges behind my back?
