Banksafe called and misrepresented themselves as working with or for my bank on a fraud case. They had my checking account information as well as information from a check I had paid from the bank's online bill paying service.
I have contacted Banksafe on several occasions, sent a cancellation request form and I am still not getting any satisfaction from the company. I was told my refund would be sent out on May 7. I called May 9 and am now being told that they are changing banks and it will be another month before my check is issued.
