Our organization responded to a fax offer for non-profit organizations. The offer was for t-shirts at $2.75 each. Our organization provided the artwork and sent the payment of $730 for 200 shirts and shipping. After many vague phone calls with Anne, at the company, we were promised that our order was "next for production". Order was placed in January and to date, have not received the order. Anne was very helpful until the money was received, then her attitude changed and she actually berated me for sending the final approval on artwork a few days late. She used that 'lateness' as the reason why we did not receive our shirts by the February due date.
I personally had dealings with this same company about 5 years ago and received excellent results. The order was completed in time and the shirts were beautiful.
Recent Phone calls to Jane Sportswear, or Jane Beatty Sportswear, now go unanswered. Emails are not being returned. We are a very small, historic foundation and the $730 we are out is a big problem. Currently looking into filing legal proceedings against the company for restitution.
